How To Set Up An External Transfer In The New Success Digital Banking Platform

A new feature on the upgraded digital banking platform is transferring money to and from your credit union account to another financial institution.  You can add an external account on a desktop or through the Success CU app.


To set up an external transfer on a desktop:

  • Log in to Digital Banking.
  • Click on Transfers.
  • Click +External Account to set up a new linked account.
  • Enter in the requested information.
  • Confirm a deposit amount into your other financial institution.

To set up an external transfer on the app:

  • Log in and click the three parallel bars in the top left corner to expand the menu.
  • Click Settings.
  • Click External Transfers to set up a new linked account.
  • Enter in the requested information.
  • Confirm a deposit amount into your other financial institution.

Once the external account is confirmed, you can schedule a new one-time or recurring transfer.
