A successful candidate will:

  • Be motivated and service oriented.
  • Perform tasks related to automated clearinghouse (ACH), electronic funds transfer (EFT), debit and credit cards, and various other operations functions.
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems for improved efficiency.
  • Formulate, assist, and support users with application training.
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems for improved efficiency.
  • Degree from institution of higher learning or combination of formal education and training.
  • Three to five years relevant work experience.
  • Travel between locations required.

A successful candidate will:

  • Develop, implement, and conduct regular audit procedures and activities for all credit union branches and departments and for all accounting, operation, and loan procedures.
  • Conduct independent audits and examinations of credit union records to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations set forth by NCUA, CUNA and other governmental authorities.
  • Have Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field; or 7 years relevant work experience.
  • Internal audit experience preferred.

A successful candidate will:

  • Provide professional, high-level administrative support for the President/CEO that includes a wide range of administrative duties.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, and all other communications.
  • Have High school diploma and at least three years relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.

  • Have prior lending and customer service experience.
  • Associate's degree or one year experience in related field.
